How can I join the ThunLovers Program?
You can discover the THUN World by joining our Loyalty Program through one of the following methods: - by completing the specific form at one of our authorized points of sale,

How do I collect points?
From 01.02.2019 to 31.01.2020 if you are part of our Loyalty Program THUN Lovers, you collect 1 point for each 1 € you spend buying a THUN product you love.
Many other occasions to gain extra-point wait you! Get yourself updated about all our actions we communicate through newsletters and in the dedicated section at www.thun.com or on our APP THUN Lovers.
How much time does it take before I can see my account updated with the accumulated points?
Upon registration bonus points are charged within 48 hours. Points for offline purchases are charged within 48 hours.
Points for online purchases are charged within 24 hours, exception made for returns.
Do my points expire?
Yes, your points expire on January 31, 2020.
Where can I check my points score?
You can check your points score:
- directly at the stores taking part to the initiative
- on your personal profile at www.thun.com in section " Loyalty Program"
- on our APP THUN Lovers
How can I get the discounts from the Loyalty Program?
Cumulated points allow you to climb through different ranks of the Program. Each of them corresponds to a different discount rate.
When can I use my discount vouchers?
Once you reach a new threshold, you get the relative discount voucher you can use on your subsequent purchase. Starting from the moment when the voucher is issued, you have 90 days maximum to use it and strictly before passing to the next threshold. The Program ends on 31.01.2019 but you have until 15.02.2020 to use any valid voucher.
Same expiring date(15.02.2015) is valid for discount vouchers for which the 90 days are still not passed.
If you are a THUN Lovers CLUB 2019 customer:
You have 90 days from the moment of discount release to use it. If you pass to the next threshold before you use the discount voucher, you will get a new one. If you use the new discount coupon, you will receive the previous unused which you can benefit from within 90 days. The Program ends on 31.01.2019 but you have until 15.02.2020 to use any valid voucher that you have not utilized yet. Same expiring date(15.02.2015) is valid for discount vouchers for which the 90 days are still not passed.
You can ask for your voucher directly at the shop, to the cashier. You need to show a piece of identity and communicate your e-mail before completing the payment. On thun.com, once logged in with your account, you can use your discount voucher before concluding the payment. Points cannot be replaced with money.
Can discount coupons be used partially?
No, discount coupons cannot be used partially . They cannot be converted into money and they can only be used once.
In order to be able to use the discount voucher, you have to make purchases for equal or higher amount of the value of the discount voucher. The value of your purchase does not give right to points accumulation based on the amount spent. For example, on a purchase of 15,00€ , partially paid with a 10,00 € discount voucher, no points will be accrued based on the 10,00€ . The difference of 5,00€ will accrue 5 points on your account indeed.
Can discount vouchers be combined with other promotions or discounts?
No. Discount vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions.
Waht happens to my points in case of return?
In case of total or partial return of products purchased offline, for which points have been accrued, the shop will replace the product returned with another item of equal or higher value. You will have to pay the difference, eventually. Concerning points calculation: i) if the product is replaced with another one of equal value, your points balance will not change. ii) If the product is replaced with another one of higher value the points credited will be the difference between the value of the returned product and the value of the replaced product. In case of cancellation of your transaction your points balance will be recalculated on the points previously collected in the cancelled transaction.
In case of total or partial return of products purchased online, the points awarded will be reversed, in accordance with the amount refunded.
Which items allow me to collect points?
All items available at the store or on thun.com allow points accumulation. However, discounted items, registration fees to Thun Lovers Club 2019, donations to the Lene Thun Onlus Foundation, advances, gift vouchers (at the moment of their use), food products, (including confetti) and packaging materials do not benefit from point accumulation.
For all the online purchases shipping costs, additional expenses related to the payment method (charges for cash on delivery) do not benefit from point accumulation.
How can I be sure that my personal data is correct?
You can check and edit your data from your profile at Thun.com or on our APP THUN Lovers.
Can I use my points both for online and offline purchases?
Sure. Collected points can be used both for online and offline purchases.
