Where can I find the closest shop to my area?
You can find the closest shop to your residential area by using the store locator available at the following link: Store Locator. Type in the research bar the location of your interest and use the different filters to restrict the research field (ThunClub, current promos and "pick-up in store").
I noticed an article that interest me but it is not available at my store, what can I do?
If an article is not available in store, our shop assistants can check if there are other shops available in your area.
You can ask them to contact the shop in order to check the availability of the article.
Are articles from past collections still available?
It is possible that articles from past collections are not available anymore neither on our website nor in our shops.
However, our shop assistants can provide you with the contacts of other shops available in your area.
I faced a problem during the online purchasing process, what can I do?
You can easily return an item by showing the receipt at the cashier. Remember that you have 30 days maximum to return the product and ask for change.
Time frame is the same for gift items. You have to show the courtesy receipt at the cashier.
We remind you that items must be returned in the same conditions in which they were received and not used.
I have a gift voucher, how can I used it?
Shops can assign coupons and gift voucher under specific requests. Both can be used:
- in the same store where the coupon has been issued in the first place and in all the authorized points of sale;
- during validity period only (specified on the cash receipt).
We remind you that it is not be possible to use coupons and voucher once the terms of validity expired.
Can I enjoy the points collected online for offline purchases?
Sure. You can use the points charged on your card both for online and offline purchases. You just have to provide the shop with your credentials.
