How can I exercize my right of withdrawal?
You have 30 days from the reception of your order to return the products. You will have to fill in the dedicated form with all the required information and then send it to our e-mail address consumerservice@thun.it. You can find all the required information in the section Returns and Refunds. Then, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details to proceed.
How much time do I have to exercize my right of withdrawal?
You have 30 days from the moment of your purchase to exercise the right of withdrawal. Shipping costs will be at your charge..
The product does not work correctly/ is different from what I ordered, what can I do?
Thanks to our Quality Team we are engaged in ensuring our clients about the high standards of our products. However, you can follow our return procedure displayed online in the Returns and Refunds section. You will have to fill in the dedicated form and send it to the following e-mail address: consumerservice@thun.it. To your request will follow some inspections, in order to verify the presence of any defect.
How soon can I return the product?
In case you have received a defective product, you have 2 (two) months maximum to make notice of it. For product claims signalled within 30 days, starting from the date of your order, you can complete the required information in the section My Account in case you are a registered user. Otherwise, you have access to the dedicated page to complete the required information. For product claims reported after the 30 days, please contact the Customer Service at the following address consumerservice@thun.it. Further information are available in the section Returns and Refunds.
We remind you that you have 30 days maximum from the moment of nonconformity notification.
No additional costs will be at your charge.
