Right of cancellation

If you are a Consumer, you shall have the right to withdrawn from the contract without specifying the reasons and without penalty within 14 (fourteen) days from when you, or a third party designated by you, (i) have/has received the product or (ii) in the case where multiple products from the same order are delivered separately, have/has received the last product.
To exercise the right of cancellation you must inform Thun, with registered office in 39100 Bolzano (Italy), Via Luigi Galvani 29, of your decision by accessing the "My returns" page of My Account or, if not a registered user, by accessing the relevant page and entering the order number and email used to make the purchase, the surname used during purchase and the items for which you intend to exercise the right of cancellation. Alternatively, you may send an explicit declaration of your decision to Thun via the contact form or by email to, using the attached cancellation form.
Following the request, you shall receive a cancellation confirmation email containing the return form to be included in the package and instructions for returning the product. Please remember to include the completed return form in the package with the product and send it within 14 (fourteen) days after receipt of the confirmation email to:


If you have received the product, you must return it to Thun without delay and, in any event, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which cancellation was notified. The deadline shall be met if you return the goods before the end of the 14-day period. You shall be liable for the risks and direct costs for returning the goods, as well as for providing proof thereof. The courier must be directly appointed by you to return the goods and the related costs shall be borne by you.
If you cancel, you shall be reimbursed the amounts you have paid, including delivery costs, (with the exception of additional costs arising from choosing a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery offered, as well as the price and any additional costs related to the customisation of Products and related services) without delay and, in any event, no later than 14 (fourteen) days from when Thun receives your decision to cancel. Refunds shall be made using the same payment methods that you used for the initial transaction, unless you request the refund to be made with another payment method. In this case, you shall be responsible for any additional costs arising from the other payment method. The refund may be suspended until the goods have been received or you have proven that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You shall be solely liable for the reduction in the value of the goods if handled in a way contrary to what is necessary for establishing the nature, features and functioning of the goods. Therefore, if the returned goods are damaged (for example with signs of wear and tear, abrasions, dents, scratches, distortions, etc.), not accompanied by all their components and accessories (including labels and cards unaltered and attached to the product), and not accompanied by the attached instructions/notes/manuals, the original packaging and the warranty certificate, where present, you shall be liable for the reduction in the value of the goods, and shall be entitled to a refund of the amount equal to the residual value of the Product. For this purpose, therefore, please do not to handle the goods beyond what is strictly necessary to establish the nature, features and functioning of the same and to cover the original Product packaging with other protective packaging that preserves their integrity and protects them during transport, including wording and labels.

Returns due to faults or non-compliance

The Seller guarantees that the Products shall be free from design faults for a period of 2 (two) years from the date on which the Products are delivered to the Consumer, provided that such fault is notified to the Seller within two months of it having been discovered. The application of any warranty in the event of the incorrect use or washing of the Product, and which does not comply with the instructions/warnings provided by the Seller, or is not included in the description documentation, tags or labels, is excluded.
If you have received a faulty and/or non-compliant product, you must report the fault and non-compliance within 2 (two) months of discovering it, by emailing the relevant and duly completed form to the Seller's Customer Service department at, providing information about the fault and/or non-compliance, and including the required documentation specified in the return form (at least 1 (one) photograph of the product, the order confirmation sent by THUN and/or the tax receipt). In order to report faults within 30 days of the order date, if you are a registered user, you can use the relevant section of 'My Account' or, if not a registered user, you can access the relevant page and enter the order number and email used to make the purchase, the surname used during purchase and the items for which you intend to exercise the right of cancellation, and, for payment by cash on delivery, the bank details to which the sum shall be paid in your favour, to ensure that Thun is able to return the amount due. Following receipt of the form and the relevant documentation, Thun shall assess the faults and/or non-compliances reported by you to the customer support department and, after carrying out the quality checks to verify the actual non-compliance of the Product, shall decide whether to authorise the repair of the Products under warranty, where possible, or authorise the return of the same by providing you with confirmation, containing the 'Return Code', by email to the address provided by you during the registration process on the Website or when submitting the order. Authorisation to return the Products shall in no way constitute acknowledgement of the faults and/or non-compliance, the existence of which must be determined after the return. The Products which Thun has authorised to be returned must be returned by you, together with a copy of the return authorisation bearing the 'Return Code', within 30 (thirty) days of reporting the defect or non-compliance, to the aforementioned address.
In the event of a fault or non-compliance, you shall have the right to have the Product's conformity restored by the Seller, by repair or replacement, or to alternative remedies in the cases expressly specified in article 130 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005. 

If Thun has undertaken to refund you the amount paid, the refund shall be made, where possible, via the same payment method used by you at the time of purchasing the Product or by bank transfer. After this 30-day period, if you paid by cash, it will be your responsibility to notify Thun, by email to, of the bank details to make the transfer in your favour and to ensure that Thun is in a position to return the amount due.
