Order status

How can I check my order status?
Once you are logged into your account, you can check the status of your order. See all details in section "my orders". Once your order is concluded, you will receive an e-mail with the details and the confirmation that your order request has been received properly. You will receive the confirmation e-mail even if some articles of your order are not available. In the same email, you will find attached the link to track your order once we ship it. In case you have lost the email,do not worry! You will be able to track your order by logging into your reserved area.
I bought several articles, will I receive them all together?
We do not ship through multiple deliveries. Once the order has been processed completely in our warehouse, products are ready to be shipped in one unique solution. At the same time, this does not exclude the possibility of multiple boxes. We would like to specify that our deliveries may incur in slight delays during holiday periods, on weekends and during other holidays. Also, our couriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01.
