How can I select the "pick-up in store" option?
Once your arrive at the check-out phase, choose the option "Pick-up in store". Then, you will be asked to select one shop, among the options displayed.
Will I be notified for my order "pick-up in store"?
Once your order is delivered at the selected store, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Also, you might be personally contacted by the shop to pick-up your order.
Can I demand for a product substitution directly at the selected store for "pick-up"?
No, products cannot be returned directly to the stores for substitution . You must follow our online procedure by filling-in the specific form, that you can find at the following link:https://www.thun.com/it_it/returns-and-refunds, with all the requested information.
What happens if I don't pick-up my order?
After 10 days from the delivery, the shop will return your order to our warehouse.
Can I pay at the selected store for "pick-up"?
No, this is not possible. You need to follow our online procedure by filling in the dedicated form that you can find at the following link: https://www.thun.com/it_it/returns-and-refunds
Can I request the gift package directly at the shop?
Yes you can. However, you will have to pay for it directly at the shop.
