Refunds

How will I be refunded?
You will be refunded on the same payment tool you used for your purchase (credit card, pre-paid card, PayPal, etc.). Through bank transfer in case of payment through bank transfer or cash on delivery. For payments through cash on delivery, please indicate your bank details, required for refund.
Can I ask for a product substitution directly to the shop or authorized dealer?

I noticed a missing article in my package , how soon should I notify it?
You have 30 days to notify missing items in your order, starting from the delivery date.
